Our Apple Spice simple syrup is made from fresh apples, whole cinnamon sticks, nutmeg, and cloves, and just a bit of lemon for some added zest and brightness. We make it at the height of apple season from local apples, and once we run out, we're out until the next year! We were noodling on this flavor for a long time before we released it because we wanted it to be perfect. It tastes like a warm apple pie by the fireplace, and who doesn't love that?!? Wonderful for cocktails or non-alcoholic drinks like mocktails, soda water, tea, or coffee. It's especially delicious with dark liquors, like aged rums and whiskeys, but we've also made a pretty killer spiked tea with Apple Spice, some black tea, and vodka.
