This class is an introduction to mosaic art and great for beginners to the art! Attendees will learn all about:
· Types of mosaic bases (aka substrates) and proper adhesives
· How to design a pattern
· How to cut & place tiles and use a tile nipper tools
· Apply grout to finish a sturdy decorative piece
The class includes all materials and students will be able to select from one of three 6-inch mosaic bases – a butterfly, owl or heart.
Attendees must be 16 years of age.
