Wow ~ I am totally in love with this super fab 1970's Mikasa pattern! It's called 'Light 'n Lively ~ Calico' & it gives off some major Mid Century/Retro vibes! I just adore all the retro feels it embodies, the fun & the cool flowers in purple + blue & those olive green leaves ~ I just love it & hope that you do, too!
The design for this ab~fab pendant was chosen from the plate, carefully cut out with ceramic tile nippers, smoothed out to size & shape with my handy dandy grinder, then (white) grout is added to the edges to seal & further protect the vintage china piece.
The large round setting/bezel is silver plated & measures 1 1/2" long, 1 1/2" wide & 1/4" deep.
The necklace is a 16" blue seed bead necklace with a lobster claw closure + 3" extender chain.
