Avon Dish c.1979 Happy Butterfly Ring

This beautiful & totally fabulous antiqued silver oval ring was created from a super cute ceramic trinket dish with butterflies & florals that was made by Avon in 1979. For this ring, I was fortunte to capture this awesome butterfly for you!
This particular ring design was chosen from the plate, cut out with ceramic tile nippers, smoothed out to size & shape with my handy dandy grinder, then (white) grout is added to the edges to seal & protect the vintage china part of the pendant.
I have lovingly placed the porcelain piece into an oval shaped hammered antiqued silver over brass adjustable ring bezel. The setting measures just under 1" long x just under 3/4" wide. The ring is adjustable to fit most every finger you might like to adorn with it!
