Red/white/blue 3 tiered stand

3 tiered classic red, white, and blue with a Chinoiserie twist serving stand. The bottom plate is dinner plate size, middle is salad plate, and top tier is bread and butter plate size. Can be disassembled for shipping, then you can easily reassemble by placing the washers between each layer of threaded screws and tighten the bottom piece with a phillips head screwdriver, but please do NOT overtighten!
